HIRE INFORMATION

DEPOSITS:
A non-refundable/transferable deposit is required to secure your booking within (7) days after your confirmation is recieved please refer to your booking confirmation for amount due . All deposits are non-refundable or transferable.

BOOKINGS:
Failure to sign or return the terms of hire does not cancel the booking , it is agreed that any person signing for and on behalf of the company or client warrents his authority to do so.

PAYMENT:
All bookings must be paid for in full at the completion of the function by company or bank cheaque ,cash or money order. Please note personal cheaque's are not accepted unless recieved (7) days prior to date of function.

WEATHER/HIGH WINDS:
In the event of bad weather you will need to call the office of Captain Carnival on 03- 97788668 (48) hours prior if you wish to post-pone or cancel your event . If we arrive on site and the event is cancelled due to poor weather , full payment is required. Captain carnival representatives have full rights and discretion to cancel the ride due to weather conditions .

VENUE ACCESS:
Prices are based on delivering equipment to venues that have relitivly flat access. If the venue has stairs or difficult access there may be an additional fee.

EARLY SET UP:
If you require the equipment be set up early or removed later than specified , an additional fee will apply.

POWER:
For power requirements please refer to your booking confirmation. the client is responsible for providing adequate power to each ride/amusement . Generators are avalible for hire at a extra cost.

SECURITY:
The client shall undertake full responsibility to ensure safe and workable conditions for the operator and his/her assistant .

DAMAGES:
The client acknowledges that they shall take full responsibility for any loss or damage to all equipment caused by patrons/clients during the event and shall make payment in full to the value according to the extent of the damage/loss to the equipment.

CLEANING:
If equipment is not cleaned when returned either by dry hire or otherwise a cleaning fee will be applicable , including all food dispensing machines hired.
